White walls surround me in white jacket bindings, the padded room where my mind is unwinding. Screaming and whispers float, all too familiar, from the shadows beckoning "come hither".

Fool me once, I find myself craving the taste. Fool me twice and you'll send me straight to the grave. Reality's become a waste to try and navigate, a lie set to enslave, my mind breaks under the weight.

Can't really say I blame you, I'd want to lock me up to. When my whole world rots away, and I see it's awful face, what is there left to lose when I've lost all faith in the truth?

From the stars up above, down to the ocean deep, we go about our little lives while the old ones sleep. I've seen inside their minds, they've made their dreams my own. When they rise, we'll feel a pain like we have never known.

The abyss has eyes it used to look inside me when I stood at the edge of my life. It may have claimed my mind but it made a monster and I will make it tremble at my name.
